All runners must stay together as a single group throughout the full 34.3 mile run.
Pace requirement: You must be able to run 8:20 per mile for 34.3 miles or be a sub-4:00 marathoner to register. If you fall back YOU ARE ON YOU’RE OWN.
No individual support crews or pacers permitted.

Location: Run begins at The Long Beach Boardwalk and Riverside Blvd. in front of our host location Skudin Surf.
Start Time: 7:30 AM (Memorial Ceremony begins at 8:00 AM)
Finish: The 9/11 Memorial at World Trade Center
Distance: 34.3 Miles
Join us as we honor the 343 FDNY members who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. This year marks the 5th annual 34.3 For The 343, a powerful and emotional tribute run that retraces the spirit and endurance of New York’s Bravest.
Registration Fee: $100
Includes return bus transportation to Long Beach, hydration and fuel support throughout the run, and adult refreshments for bus ride home.
This is more than a run — it’s a moving tribute. If you’re ready for the physical challenge and the emotional weight of the day, we welcome you to lace up and run with us.
